State v. Christian Michel James & Ors — AgustaWestland VVIP Helicopter Procurement Scam

The CBI and ED are prosecuting Christian Michel James, S.P. Tyagi, and others for alleged corruption in the 2013 AgustaWestland VVIP helicopter procurement scam. Although granted bail in the CBI case on 18 February 2025 and the ED case on 4 March 2025, Michel has not met the bail conditions and continues to be held in custody. State vs Rakshit Chaurasia — Vadodara car crash case
