State vs Accused — Alleged Assault of Supreme Court Advocate at Delhi Home

An FIR was registered against an Army commanding officer and approximately 40 soldiers for allegedly assaulting police personnel and other government officials at Kishtwar police station in Jammu & Kashmir.
