Following a violent incident during a general body meeting of the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, FIRs have been registered against 17 BJP corporators. The accused are alleged to have assaulted citizens and journalists during the civic session.

Cross-FIRs have been registered by the Borivali Government Railway Police against a Chief Ticket Examiner, Priya Ambawade, and a woman passenger following a physical altercation at Kandivali railway station. The scuffle reportedly occurred when the ticket examiner intercepted the passenger for traveling with an expired railway pass.

Journalist Richa Parashar has alleged that Rahul Gandhi manhandled her and pushed her down a staircase during a protest at the Supreme Court. The BJP has supported these allegations, claiming the journalist required hospitalization, while the incident remains under scrutiny.
