State vs. Sanji Ram and others — Kathua Rape Case

In the Kathua case concerning the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl, the District and Sessions Court convicted six of the seven accused on 10 June 2019. On the same date, three of the convicted individuals were sentenced to life imprisonment, while the other three were sentenced to five years of imprisonment.
