In re: Videography of polling stations in Lucknow Division Graduates' Constituency election

The Allahabad High Court disposed of a writ petition that sought to ensure continuous videography of polling proceedings during the Legislative Council election for the Lucknow Division Graduates' Constituency. The petition was closed after the Election Commission of India submitted that it would conduct continuous videography in accordance with its existing handbook for returning officers.
