In re: Detention of six Cockroach Janta Party activists

Following a late-night hearing on 11 October 2026, the Bombay High Court ordered the Goa Police to release six Cockroach Janta Party activists detained during a protest in Panaji. Subsequently, on 14 October 2026, a court remanded two leaders of the same party to jail for five days.
