Smt. Nandinee Das vs. State of Assam and 38 others

Nurul Hoque vs Union of India

The Gauhati High Court dismissed a writ petition filed by Nurul Hoque challenging a Foreigners Tribunal order that declared him a foreigner who entered India after March 25, 1971. The court ruled that the petitioner failed to prove continuous residence in India, which is a mandatory condition for citizenship, and noted the use of forged or fabricated pleadings in the petition.
