In re: Cockroach Janta Party protest at Connaught Place

The Delhi High Court declined to restrain the Cockroach Janta Party from holding a protest at Connaught Place on 15 October 2026, permitting the Delhi Police to regulate the event. Following the protest and subsequent arrests of organizers, the Supreme Court listed a trader-filed plea regarding business disruptions for 26 October 2026. The Delhi Police also registered multiple FIRs against participants for offenses including the assault of security personnel and the violation of prohibitory orders.
