Former Religare promoters Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh face charges of criminal conspiracy and cheating related to the alleged misappropriation of funds from Religare Finvest Ltd. A Delhi court formally framed charges against them on 17 January 2025. This follows their previous grant of bail by the Delhi High Court on 2 June 2023.
