A.P. Hinduja vs State of Maharashtra

The Bombay High Court quashed a criminal prosecution against the Managing Trustee of Hinduja Hospital regarding alleged violations of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Authorities investigated a potential Rajasthan connection and awaited chemical analysis reports as of 04 July 2021. The Bombay High Court granted bail to two of the accused on 27 August 2021.
