Delhi Police vs NSUI Women Activists

Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre and three associates were arrested in July 2026 for allegedly assaulting medical staff at Shastri Nagar Hospital in Dombivli. While the Bombay High Court granted the accused bail on 7 August 2026, the Supreme Court set aside this order and cancelled Ramesh Mhatre's bail on 29 September 2026.
