You can delete your CaseTrack India account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Nobody has to approve it and there is nothing to email.
You are reading this signed out. Sign in and you will come back to this page, with the Delete my account control below these steps.
Sign inYour sign-in credentials and your profile — email address, display name, picture, home state and language; every case you follow or saved; your notification preferences, your unread notifications and any notification still queued for you; the push subscription for every device you enabled notifications on; your case search requests; your reactions to comments; the readers you blocked; and your visit history, streak and leaderboard standing.
Comments you posted stay on the case, with your name replaced by “Deleted user”. This is deliberate. A discussion thread that deletes itself when one person leaves is unreadable for everyone still in it, and re-attributing those words later — if somebody else ever came to control your email address — would be worse. The words remain; the link to you does not.
Anything you reported about a case, and any feedback you sent, is likewise kept but detached from you. These are records of a problem with a case rather than records about you, and they are not visible to other readers.
Write to the address below from the email address on the account and it will be deleted for you. Say that you want the account deleted; no other detail is needed.
