The NIA filed a 7,500-page chargesheet against 10 accused persons in connection with a blast that occurred near Delhi's Red Fort on November 10, 2025. The NIA alleges an operation called 'Operation Heavenly Hind' designed to overthrow the government using a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device.

The National Investigation Agency filed a chargesheet against 11 suspects arrested in a multi-state anti-terror operation led by Assam STF targeting operatives of a Bangladesh-based terror organization (JMB). The accused have been charged under UAPA and BNS sections. The chargesheet was filed before the NIA Special Court in Guwahati.

Over 200 operatives linked to the ISI-backed Shahzad Bhatti network were arrested ahead of Independence Day 2026. The NIA chargesheeted Bhatti as an absconder along with other accused. In the Sirsa case, the NIA named nine people in its chargesheet in May 2026, including Bhatti and Pakistan-based handler Sohail Ahmad alias Sohail Baloch.
